Who We Are
At Careline Healthcare Ltd, we provide high-quality supported accommodation for young people aged 16–25, helping them to feel safe, valued, and equipped for the future.
We understand that every young person’s journey is different. That’s why our service focuses on empowerment, stability, and opportunity — creating a safe home environment where young people can thrive, learn essential life skills, and work towards independence.
Our dedicated and compassionate support team ensures that each young person receives personalised guidance and care tailored to their individual needs, goals, and aspirations.
Our Services
We provide a range of personalised support packages designed to meet the varying needs of young people aged 16–25, including those leaving care, unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC), and young people facing challenging circumstances.
Supported Accommodation

Each placement is carefully matched to meet the young person’s needs and includes ongoing support, supervision, and access to key life skill development.
Independence & Life Skills Training

Education, Training & Employment Support

Safeguarding & 24/7 Support

Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with staff on-site or on-call as needed.
Move-On Support

We prepare young people for independent living by helping them secure long-term housing, understand tenancy responsibilities, and connect with community resources.
